5. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find MoonLite  Jewellery will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel through any courier service at MoonLite Jewellery address.

6. The customers who wants to exchange the Items with another like (Bangles size, Bangles design) or whatever they have to pay 300/- delivery charges.

7. Customers can Cancel/Changes there orders after 2 hours of order submission after that no one will be entertain. They have to received there orders at any cost.

8.Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.
